Pre-Halloween activities

We did our pumpkin picking just a mile down the road this year at a little place on Broadway. They had a few animals to look at and lots of pumpkins. It was even kinda cold that night to help with the festive mood. We carved them the next day and made one pumpkin look like Mr. Pumpkin head (with Mr. Potato Head pieces).

We started off our trick-or-treating at the library after storytime. They had some cute, non-candy treats and gave us a chance to practice saying, "Trick-or-Treat!" We also did a little trick-or-treating at Daddy's office. They didn't have much candy but they loved seeing us dressed up. :)
